We examine the Lcd to make sure that it display's properly. 3. We make a test call to determine whether the phone connects to the network. This test also verifies that the earpiece speaker is in proper working order. Because we sell so many phones this is the extent of our testing.
- Cellular TrendZ is not responsible for any network dependent features or any firmware related issues. Customers are responsible for ensuring the products compatibility with there service provider IE. MMS, GPRS, WAP SMS, Data Transfers this the responsibility of your service provider.
- Cingular Customer Please Read: Cingular only uses the 850 MHZ frequency in certain parts of the US . If you are purchasing a unit that does not have 850 MHZ for use with Cingular you must contact Cingular to ensure compatibility Prior to Purchase. Returned phones for this reason will be subject to a restocking fee minus the shipping fee's.
